Build apps with your own brand and visual assets

What’s new
- Use brand and style inputs during app creation
App creation now supports styling information and visual assets as part of the build process. - Add uploaded images to the app build
Uploaded images can now be used directly when creating an app. - Apply design guidance through a skill
A design skill can be attached during app creation to transfer styling information such as typography, colors, logos, images, and other relevant assets. - Refine the styling after the app is built
Once the app is generated, the styling can still be adjusted through the chat by providing additional design instructions.
Why this matters
This update helps close the gap between an initial idea and a shareable, production-ready app experience. It supports use cases such as:- building landing pages with visuals and consistent brand styling
- creating campaign pages from a design brief with product screenshots and approved images
- developing sales tools with proposal configurators and company-branded microsites
- turning a presentation, concept document, or image set into an interactive app or dashboard
- creating internal tools with the right logos, illustrations, and visual style from the start
- building event pages, product launch pages, or executive demos with a stronger design standard
How to use it
- Select the Build App use case in the chat.
- Describe the app you want to create.
- Add styling information directly in the chat, and upload any assets you want to use.
- Alternatively, attach a design skill that contains the relevant design guidance, such as typography, colors, logos, images, and other assets.
- Generate the app.
- Refine the styling afterward in the chat if further adjustments are needed.

New Feature
Apps: build your own tools directly in Chat

- Dashboards & reports: KPI overviews, revenue trackers, signup/conversion funnels, or project status boards.
- Tools & calculators: Custom pricing configurators, ROI calculators, or internal helper tools.
- Forms & intake panels: Support intake forms with file uploads, settings panels, or custom filters.
- Knowledge explorers: Searchable, interactive interfaces built on top of your company’s knowledge base.
- Boards & maps: Visual strategy boards, process flows, or customer journey maps.
- Launch the builder. Type @ in your chat input field, select Create from the menu, and click “Apps”.
- Describe your app. Select a suggested prompt or describe in Chat what you want to build, how it should work, and how it should look (e.g. “Create a project tracker with a status dropdown, a priority filter, and a clean, dark-blue layout”). nuwacom builds the actual interface for you - buttons, input fields, charts and all.
- Interact & share. Test your app immediately in the preview. Once it works exactly how you want, share it with your team.
Want to try it? The Apps feature is rolling out gradually. If you don’t see the Apps tab in your sidebar yet, reach out to your internal workspace administrator to have it enabled for your organization.
New Feature
Workflow Triggers: let nuwacom start tasks for you automatically
With this update, nuwacom can start a workflow for you automatically, the moment something happens in your workspace. For example, a workflow can run on its own as soon as a new meeting note is created, or as soon as a knowledge base file has finished processing. You set this up once, and the workflow takes over from there.- Start workflows automatically when something happens. Choose an event inside nuwacom - such as a new meeting note being created - and the workflow runs on its own when that event occurs.
- Run them only when it makes sense. Add filters so a workflow runs only under specific conditions - for example, only when a file is added to a particular Knowledge Base folder, rather than every folder.
- Carry information from the event into the workflow. Details from whatever triggered the workflow (the meeting note, the file) are passed straight into the following steps, so the workflow and any AI agents already have the context they need.
- Set it all up in one place. When you add or edit a trigger in the workflow builder, you’ll see a new option to choose a nuwacom event, such as “Meeting Note Created” or “Knowledge Base File Processed.” If filters are available for that event, they’ll appear right there in the same panel.
New Model
Claude Sonnet 5: pick it for your most demanding work

- Reach for it when work gets complex - multi-step tasks, harder reasoning, tool use.
- Dial the effort to fit the task - turn it up for depth, down for speed.
- Trust the output more - fewer incorrect or made-up answers than before.
Update
Optimized Navigation: we’ve streamlined your sidebar to fit the way you work

We’ve reorganized your sidebar to put the things you use closer to where you work. Here’s what’s new.
- “Meeting Notes” is now “Notetaker.” It has been renamed and remains directly accessible in your sidebar navigation.
- Create Slides, Documents, Apps, Images, Videos and more are now available in Chat. They are no longer in the sidebar - type @ and select Create to find them.
- Manage prompts now directly in chat. They are no longer in the sidebar - type @, hover over Prompts, and click Manage Prompts or choose the one you want to use.
- Apps is a new section in your sidebar. It’s a new entry in its own right (see the Apps section above) - not a renamed or moved version of anything that was there before. If you don’t see the Apps tab in your sidebar yet, reach out to your internal workspace administrator to have it enabled for your organization.
- Documents in the Knowledge Base: From now on, all your files are centrally available in the Knowledge Base. Use the file type filters to quickly find the file format you’re looking for.

New Update – Apr 29, 2026
A Skill defines how the AI responds in chat — including tone, structure, rules, and output format. You create a Skill once instead of repeating the same instructions every time. It then runs automatically in the background: when you start a chat, nuwacom reads the descriptions of all active Skills, determines which ones are relevant, and applies them directly — without you needing to select or mention anything. This makes a Skill a reusable standard that ensures nuwacom works consistently and reliably every time.
New Update – Mar 24, 2026
We’ve been thinking a lot about how people actually use AI at work. Most tools still start with a chat. You ask something, you get an answer — and then the real work begins somewhere else. That’s exactly what we wanted to change. This release marks a major step forward moving from nuwacom 1.0 to nuwacom 2.0, and from AI that answers to AI that actually gets work done. With nuwacom 2.0, we built a centralized AI workspace that knows your company and gets work done. Now you can create, refine, and manage real work- from documents and slides to workflows and notes - all in one place.
Create presentations and documents that match your company style — directly inside nuwacom.Use built-in templates or upload your own to define how content should look and feel. nuwacom captures key elements like logo, colors, layouts, and structure, and applies them automatically.Set voice, audience, and language before generating, then refine everything in a fully integrated editor. When ready, export to PowerPoint or PDF in one click.👉 Content stays consistent and aligned from the first draft.
Create images and videos with clear guidance, not just prompts.Define format, style, and use case upfront. nuwacom helps you generate visuals that match your intent without needing to fine-tune every detail manually.👉 Visual content that fits your use case from the start.
Keep your knowledge in sync and access everything in one flow.nuwacom brings your internal knowledge into a central knowledge base, while also letting you search across connected apps like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Outlook, JIRA, Notion and othersAll relevant information is available in one place and can be used directly in your work.👉 Your knowledge stays connected, accessible, and ready to use.

Share content instantly by giving entire groups access at once—no need to add users one by one. This way sharing becomes effortless across chats, projects, knowledge folders, and more.Your benefits at a glance.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=tgolVGcUQjuUn1QL&q=85&s=4c20a3b26a8313fe8edc0f7f2240f35f)
Now, whenever you select a source, it’s clearly shown in the chat input—so you always know where the AI will search. You can easily remove the source at any time by hovering over it and clicking the close icon. This makes the selected source visible at a glance:
Granular Permissions - full control over what each role can do
Admins get a powerful new way to manage access through the new Permissions settings. Instead of simply deciding whether a role can access a feature, you can now define exactly what people can do inside it - view, edit, and share.- Control per role and per feature: For each feature, define granular rights for Editors and Readers - View, Edit, and Share (where applicable) - instead of a simple on/off switch.
- Covers your whole workspace: Agents, Orchestrator, Workflows, Projects, Skills, Prompts, Voices, Image and Video Generation.
- Enforced instantly, everywhere: Changes apply in real time. If a role doesn’t have access, the feature simply isn’t available to those users - it’s hidden from their menus and can’t be reached through a direct link or any workaround. No logging out and back in.
- Works alongside sharing: Permissions decide which features a role can use at all, while your familiar sharing settings still control access to individual content. The two work hand in hand.
The Superagent is now the Orchestrator - your AI that coordinates work for you
Say hello to the Orchestrator - a powerful new way to get things done without picking the right agent or skill yourself. Just describe your task, and the Orchestrator brings together everything needed to complete it.- Easy to find: The Orchestrator now appears as a button right under the chat input and is listed under AI Apps in the left navigation.
- Suggested prompts to get you started: When you select it, you’ll see ready-made example prompts that show what the Orchestrator can do and how to put it to work - so you’re productive from the first click.
-
It coordinates everything for you: The Orchestrator automatically pulls in the agents and skills your task needs, step by step - without you naming them. Ask for research, and it brings in the Research Agent on its own.

Find and trigger everything faster in the chat - clearer + and @ menus
- Click + to add content and choose where to search. Use it to bring in context (files, knowledge, content from Apps) and to pick your search sources (Web, Knowledge Base, and connected sources like Teams or Confluence).
- Type @ to reach all your AI in one place. Just type @ while writing, and a menu opens with your AI Apps, Agents, Skills, Prompts, Voices, and Workflows.

TL;DR
- Granular Permissions: Admins can now define exactly what each role can do per feature - view, edit, and share - not just whether they have access. Applies across your whole workspace and takes effect instantly.
- Orchestrator: A new way to get things done that coordinates the work for you. Just describe your task, and it brings in the right agents and skills on its own - no need to pick them yourself.
- Clearer + and @ menus in the chat: + to add content and choose where to search, @ to reach all your AI in one place. You always know where to go.

Skills – Define how nuwacom response, once

What’s new
- Create reusable Skills to standardize how nuwacom responds across recurring use cases like competitor analyses, briefs, reports, customer responses, anything you produce in a defined format.
- Automatic Skill activation in the background. nuwacom recognizes the prompt and applies the right Skill without you needing to remember which one to use.
- Combine Skills to layer tone, structure, and formatting rules in a single output. For example, a “Brand Voice” Skill plus a “Technical Brief” Skill working together.
- Workspace sharing so your whole team uses the same Skills.
- Export and manage Skills as structured files (.md, .zip, .skill)
Skills in Agents
Skills can be attached directly to an Agent. When attached, the Skill is active for anyone using that Agent, without requiring each user to install it.Picture a Competitor Analysis Agent with the matching Skill built in. A team member opens it and asks:“Analyze how our competitors position themselves in the market.”The output comes back already structured the way your strategy team defined it including the same sections, same depth, same standards. Whether the request comes from marketing, sales, or product, the analysis follows one consistent format. This means you can ship fully configured Agents to your teams with tone, structure, and format already locked in.Skills vs. Agents — The Critical Distinction
