How to Get Started with Meetings

1. Connect your Calendar or enter a Live URL

Connect Microsoft or Google Calendar: Use this to let nuwacom sync your selected meetings automatically.
  • Open Meetings
  • Click Connect and sign in.
  • Choose when the AI should join.
  • Click Save to confirm.
Start a meeting now: Alternatively, you can invite the AI notetaker to any ongoing or upcoming meeting.
  • Paste the meeting link – Insert the URL from Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
  • Enter a meeting name (optional) – Give your meeting a clear title to keep notes organized.
  • Set date and time – Choose when the notetaker should join.
  • Click Add notetaker to confirm.
The AI will join at the scheduled time, capture the conversation, and generate structured notes and action items automatically. In your Upcoming Meetings list, you can decide for each meeting whether the AI notetaker should join:
  • Toggle on (green) → The notetaker will automatically join and create notes.
  • Toggle off (grey) → The notetaker will not join this meeting.

2. Join your meeting

The AI notetaker should be admitted to the meeting like any other participant. Once it joins, it automatically records the session, highlights key points, organizes decisions and action items, and prepares follow-ups for your tools.

3. Turn your meeting notes into action

After each call, the AI generates a structured summary for you to review and edit. Find all your meeting notes under My Meetings in your workspace.
  • Create and send follow-up emails automatically – Keep participants aligned without extra effort.
  • Generate action items and transfer them into your calendar – Never miss a deadline or task.
  • Use meeting notes as knowledge in Chat or Projects – Bring context into ongoing conversations and workflows.
  • Share meeting notes – Ensure everyone has the same information, avoid misunderstandings, and keep collaboration transparent.

Meeting Templates

meetingtemplatesen.png Customize each meeting template to fit your needs. Make sure your notes align perfectly with your team, your workflow, and the purpose of your meeting.
  • Navigate to Meetings > My Meetings.
  • Open your recent meeting notes.
  • In the top-right corner, select the appropriate meeting template. The AI will transform your notes into the matching format.

How to disconnect your calendar

If you no longer want your meetings to sync, you can easily disconnect your calendar.
  • Go to Meetings
  • Click the settings icon.
  • Click Disconnect calendar.
  • Confirm by clicking Yes.
👉 Your calendar connection will be removed, and no new meetings will be synced automatically.
