Overview

nuwacom is based on a model of Plans and Seats. Two Plans are available: Business and Enterprise. Within each Plan, every user is assigned one of three Seat-Types: Standard, Premium, or Power. The Seat-Type determines the included AI usage and the price, while the feature scope within a Plan remains the same regardless of the Seat-Type. When demand is higher, Additional AI usage can be booked on top.

Plans

nuwacom provides two Plans. Both include the full feature scope and differ in deployment, governance, and integration depth. A detailed feature and pricing overview is available here. To unlock advanced capabilities, switch to Enterprise and talk to an AI expert.

Seats

Three Seat-Types are available within each Plan. The factor describes the included AI usage relative to the Standard Seat.

Changing a Seat

A user’s Seat is changed by admins in the settings under “AI usage per user”.
  1. Open Settings > Plan & Usage > AI usage per user.
  2. Go to the row of the relevant user.
  3. Open the dropdown in the “Seat” column.
  4. Select the new Seat-Type and confirm the change.
The new Seat-Type and the included AI usage apply immediately, and the Seat price adjusts accordingly. If no Seat has been assigned to the user yet, a user can be added and a free Seat assigned via ”+ Invite user”.
A user’s usage behavior indicates the appropriate Seat-Type. An upgrade to Premium or Power is advisable when:
  • the included AI usage is regularly exhausted.
  • chat or agents regularly switch to Instant mode.
  • agents, workflows, or apps are used intensively.
  • Additional AI usage is needed on an ongoing basis.

What happens when AI Usage is exhausted

When a Seat’s monthly AI usage is exhausted, two automatic responses take effect. No unplanned costs for higher-tier models arise in the process.
  • Chat and agents automatically switch to Instant mode.
  • External chatbots and workflows are paused.
Chatbots and workflows become available again as soon as Additional AI usage is booked, the Seat is upgraded, or a new usage period begins.

Additional AI usage

Additional AI usage is available independently of the Seat and can be flexibly assigned to individual users. Assignment takes place in the “Additional” column under “Usage per user”. Additional AI usage:
  • is available independently of the Seat.
  • can be flexibly assigned to individual users.
  • is available in annual packages: €6,000, €12,000, €24,000, €48,000, or individual.
  • does not expire at the end of the month.

FAQ

No. The feature scope remains the same within a Plan regardless of the Seat-Type. The Seat-Type only determines the included AI usage and the price.
Yes. Additional AI usage can be booked via ”+ Buy more”. Assignment then takes place in the “Additional” column. Additional AI usage is independent of the Seat and does not expire at the end of the month.
Users see how much AI usage is left as a percentage at the bottom left of their account, for example “62% available”. Admins see additional details in the settings:
  • consumption per user
  • the remaining Additional AI usage in total and per user
  • warnings at high usage
Immediately. The new Seat-Type and the included AI usage are active right away, and the price adjusts accordingly.
The Plan & Usage area is reserved exclusively for admins.
No. Plans & Usage are managed at the organization level. Seats and Additional AI Usage can therefore be used across multiple workspaces within the same organization.
