Overview

Analytics provides workspace administrators with aggregated insights into how the workspace is used. Within Analytics, the Agents tab brings together all metrics that show how Agents are used within the selected date range. This makes it possible to review Agent usage, compare it across different periods, and prepare it for reporting. Evaluations follow the selected date range and grouping, for example by day.
Agent Analytics is available to workspace administrators only.

How to view Agent analytics

  1. Open Workspace settings.
  2. Select Analytics.
  3. Choose the Agents tab.
  4. Set the Date range and Group by filters.
The filters above the view control how data appears across charts and metrics. When a filter changes, all affected charts and metrics update based on the selected settings. Group by defines the time interval used to aggregate the data, for example day, week, or month. Date range defines the period used for the evaluation, for example today, last week, or a custom range.

Metrics in the Agents tab

Agent filters are available for the Active agent users and Messages per agent metrics. Selecting one or more agents makes it possible to analyze how a specific combination of agents was used. Hovering over a chart bar displays the exact value for the selected point in time. Message-based metrics count user messages. Generated AI answers are reflected separately in Agent model usage.

Exporting data

Select Export CSV on a chart to download the data currently represented by that chart. Each export contains one row per data point, for example one row per model, and the corresponding aggregated count for the selected date range. The filename includes the chart type and the selected time period. The exported data can be processed outside nuwacom, for example in Excel, a reporting tool, or internal analyses.

Additional metric information

The information icon next to an evaluation opens a short description of the corresponding metric. This helps verify what a chart or metric represents before the data is used in reports.

FAQ

Message-based metrics such as Agent messages count user messages sent in Agent conversations. Agent model usage reflects the generated AI answers instead, which are tracked separately. As a result, the two metrics measure different events and can show different values.
