# Skills in Agents

A Skill can be attached directly to an Agent to define how the Agent responds. Once a Skill is added, it activates automatically for everyone using that Agent, without individual installation or selection.

This produces fully configured Agents with tone, structure, and rules already built in. Every output follows the same standard from the first interaction onward.

**Example**

An Agent with a *Meeting Notes Skill* structures every output into Key Decisions, Open Questions, and Next Steps. No setup is required on the user's end.

Applying a Skill to an Agent combines autonomous task execution with guaranteed output quality. Any behavior that should stay consistent, regardless of who initiates it, belongs in a Skill.
